Salary
Bachelor’s: 264,250 yen (base salary: 244,250 yen + housing allowance: 20,000 yen)
Post-graduate Degree: 280,550 yen (base salary 260,550 yen + housing allowance 20,000 yen)

Commuting Allowance, Housing Allowance, Family Allowance, Qualification Allowance (e.g. Professional Engineer, TOEIC), Overtime Allowance, Overseas Allowance
Bonus
Twice a year (summer and winter) or three times a year (if bonus is paid at the end of the fiscal year)
Salary Raise
Regular salary increase once a year (in May)
Working
Hours
Core Time: 9: 30-17: 45 (Standard working hours 7.5 hours/day), Lunch break: 1 hour, Work-from-home system available
Holiday and
leave
Five-day work week (two-day weekend on Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, year-end holidays, company founding anniversary (on May 1), paid leaves (10 days granted in the first year, 25 days granted after five years of service; can be taken in increments of 0.5 days), special leaves
